You love your dog, but wow—the barking, pulling, jumping, and general chaos? Not so much. You’ve tried late-night Google deep dives, asking your neighbour with the “perfect” dog for advice, and maybe even making wild promises to the universe… but nothing’s working. We hear you. Our Initial Consultation is where the magic begins. We’ll dive deep into your dog’s behaviour, uncover what’s really going on (spoiler: they won’t just grow out of it), and create a personalized training plan tailored to your life. No cookie-cutter advice—just real solutions that actually work. 🐶 Book your consult today—because life with your dog should be fun, not frustrating!
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it! However, to keep things fair for everyone, we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consult. This allows us to offer the spot to another client in need and ensures we can keep providing top-notch service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment (or no-show), the full consult fee will be charged. WPDT Cancellations For the safety of all involved, WPDT may cancel services at any stage due to: 🌡️ Extreme heat – above 32°C for regular services, or 25°C for adventure-based services requiring more rigorous exercise 🌪️ Severe weather – forecast gale-force winds, thunderstorms, or flooding 🔥 Fire danger – if the CFA Fire Danger Rating is declared Extreme or Catastrophic for the South East Region If WPDT needs to cancel due to these conditions, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Giving us a heads-up means: ✅ You avoid unnecessary fees ✅ We can accommodate other clients (maybe even you, sooner!) ✅ Our trainers stay on track to help more pups and their humans Need to reschedule? No problem! Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to help you and your dog! 🐾 Service Refund Policy At WPDT, we’re committed to providing top-quality training and support for you and your dog. Because our services require time, planning, and reserved spots, all payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances change! If you give adequate notice, we’re happy to: ✅ Reschedule your session (subject to availability) ✅ Transfer your payment to another WPDT service Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused portions of prepaid programs. If you're on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must still be completed. Our goal is to ensure you and your dog get the most out of your training—reach out if you need assistance! 🐾
